Summary

The Seasonal Store Support Specialist delivers an elevated shopping experience by providing operational and client support to the store team. This seasonal, store-based role coordinates client communication, manages transactions, supports CRM initiatives, and assists with merchandising and inventory to drive sales and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process and provide exceptional hospitality and assistance to clients.
• Support the sales team with strong product knowledge and day-to-day assistance.
• Build and maintain client relationships via email, handwritten notes, phone calls, and the clienteling app.
• Record and update CRM data to enhance future sales opportunities and personalized service.
• Promote new products through targeted outreach and client engagement.
• Assist with store displays, visual merchandising, merchandise replenishment, and general store operations.
• Provide operational and administrative support to client advisors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to work as part of a team.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
