Summary

Support the store team in delivering an elevated shopping experience. Coordinate with colleagues to address client inquiries, use product knowledge, manage transactions, and assist with store operations.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Strong attention to detail, customer service, and teamwork skills.
• General knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
