Summary

Support the store team in delivering an elevated luxury shopping experience by providing expert assistance across sales, clienteling, and operational tasks. Coordinate with sales staff to respond to client inquiries, manage transactions, and help maintain store presentation and inventory. Use product knowledge and CRM tools to build client relationships and support business objectives during the seasonal period.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales process and elevate the client experience through exceptional hospitality and product expertise.
• Support the sales team with client outreach via email, phone, hand-written notes, and clienteling apps to drive engagement and sales.
• Record and update client information in CRM to support future sales opportunities and personalized service.
• Promote new products through personalized outreach and assist with visual merchandising and store display maintenance.
• Collaborate with store management to replenish, maintain, and organize merchandise for seamless operations and provide administrative support to client advisors.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales or sales support experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and ability to work effectively in a team.
• General knowledge of sales, store operations, and inventory management.
• Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.
