Seasonal Support Advisor

Summary

The Seasonal Support Advisor supports store operations and client service during peak seasonal periods. Working across the sales floor and back of house, this role helps maintain product availability, store organization, and an elevated client experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and assist Client Advisors with client requests and the client journey.
• Retrieve and replenish merchandise, support product flow, and assist with receiving and inventory activities.
• Maintain organized, clean sales-floor and back-of-house areas and support visual merchandising standards.
• Provide flexible, reliable support to the store team during high-volume periods.

Requirements

• Previous retail, hospitality, customer service, or other client-facing experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Positive, professional, proactive, and dependable approach; comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability for weekends, evenings, holidays, and peak business days throughout the seasonal employment period.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages are a plus.
