Summary

The Seasonal Support Associate supports sales and profitability by processing merchandise receipts and maintaining organized stockroom standards. This seasonal role helps prepare merchandise for the selling floor and supports an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, record, unload, sort, and prepare merchandise deliveries.
• Tag and ticket merchandise and place items on the selling floor according to floor maps and visual standards.
• Maintain organized stockroom and receiving areas, maximize stockroom space, and keep the work environment clean and safe.
• Complete price changes, damages, salvage, and return-to-vendor processing.
• Follow asset protection and operational procedures and support team members.

Requirements

• No experience required; candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and basic math skills.
• Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Flexible availability for retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to walk, stand, reach, crouch, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
