Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and current trends.
• Partner with department managers to uphold and teach visual standards, adapting direction to the store as appropriate.
• Support merchandising, signing, and the installation and removal of promotional trim and window presentations.
• Help execute the in-store lighting program.

Requirements

• Merchandising and styling experience, with knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to use ladders, drills, box knives, and other tools; basic construction and assembly skills are preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on store needs.
