The Seasonal Visual Merchandiser is a creative retail professional responsible for crafting and maintaining eye catching store aesthetics that reflect current fashion trends and promotional direction. This role partners with department managers to implement visual standards, install displays and support lighting and trim programs. The position requires flexibility in schedule based on business needs and store events.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies and current trends
• Partner with department managers to uphold teach and maintain visual standards
• Support merchandising signing and implementation of direction customized for the store
• Install and remove trim and window presentations for promotional events
• Support successful execution of the in store lighting program
• Build and assemble visual props including basic construction tasks
• Use ladders drills box knives and other tools safely
• Work a flexible schedule to meet department and store needs

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising and styling with knowledge of current fashion trends
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic construction skills for building and assembly of props preferred
• Ability to use ladders drills box knives and other miscellaneous tools
• Computer proficiency and comfort learning new applications
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including variable hours
