Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of visual merchandising strategies, current trends, and store visual standards.
• Partner with department managers to uphold, teach, and maintain visual standards.
• Support merchandising, signing, and implementation of visual direction, customizing as appropriate for the store.
• Install and remove promotional trim and window presentations and support the in-store lighting program.

Requirements

• Experience in merchandising and styling, with knowledge of current fashion trends and styles.
• Strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic construction skills for building and assembling visual props preferred.
• Ability to use ladders, drills, box knives, and other tools.
• Computer proficiency, willingness to learn new applications, and flexibility to work varying schedules.
