Responsibilities

• Provide gift wrapping services for customers and special orders
• Pack merchandise securely for delivery or pickup
• Maintain a tidy and organized wrapping station
• Assist sales associates with packaging and presentation needs
• Manage inventory of wrapping supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed
• Ensure presentation standards and brand guidelines are followed
• Support seasonal peak day operations and special events

Requirements

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
