Security Manager - South Coast Plaza

The Security Manager at South Coast Plaza will support the Retail Director by leading, developing, and supporting the security team to meet the mission of the Global Protection Department. This role is responsible for promoting and supporting the protection of employees, clients, and assets, while elevating the Tiffany store experience. The manager will act as a dynamic leader, building relationships with internal and external partners, and ensuring the store achieves the highest levels of safety, profitability, and service.

• Ensure Global Protection Standards are maintained and manage the security team to focus on security culture drivers.
• Partner with Operations and Regional Security to identify shrink reduction opportunities and optimize security schedules.
• Oversee the local Emergency Action Plan and serve as the point person during emergencies.
• Develop and maintain an external network of contacts to enhance the branch information network.
• Ensure physical security systems and equipment are functioning to expectations and initiate repairs as necessary.
• Conduct vulnerability evaluations and address facilities-related issues swiftly.
• Manage the security team to act as Tiffany ambassadors and support store operations to achieve sales and service targets.
• Lead, model, and coach based on client feedback to enhance the customer experience.
• Elevate and hire talent to ensure a winning team and create a best-in-class security organization.
• Oversee and participate in security for client events, ensuring security measures are in place for a safe and successful event.

• 5+ years of experience in security management or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Experience in managing security teams and optimizing security schedules.
• Ability to conduct vulnerability evaluations and address facilities-related issues.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to project a professional demeanor.
• Experience in talent management and creating a best-in-class security organization.
