Security Manager

The Security Manager will support the Retail Director by leading, developing, and supporting the security team members to meet and exceed the mission of the Global Protection Department. This role is responsible for promoting and supporting the protection of employees, clients, and assets, while elevating the Tiffany store experience. As a member of the retail management team, the Security Manager ensures the store achieves the highest levels of safety, profitability, and service.

• Ensure Global Protection Standards are maintained and manage the security team to focus on security culture drivers.
• Partner with Operations and Regional Security to identify shrink reduction opportunities and optimize security schedules.
• Oversee the local Emergency Action Plan and serve as the point person during emergencies.
• Develop and maintain an external network of contacts to enhance the branch information network.
• Ensure physical security systems and equipment are functioning to expectations and initiate repairs as necessary.
• Manage security team to act as Tiffany ambassadors and support store operations to achieve sales and service targets.
• Lead, model, and coach based on client feedback to enhance the customer experience.
• Elevate and hire talent to ensure a winning team and create a best-in-class security organization.
• Oversee and participate in security for client events and ensure security measures are in place for safe and successful events.

• 5+ years of experience in security management or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external partners.
• Experience in managing physical security systems and emergency action plans.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
