Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Demonstrated sales success, including meeting or exceeding quotas.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
• Strong customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to use clienteling tools and work independently and collaboratively.
