Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
- Grow personal business through outreach, clienteling, and use of digital tools.
- Support team sales goals and collaborate to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to enhance customer centric behaviors.
- Capture customer data in CRM to support clienteling and business initiatives.
- Participate in store and community initiatives and support recruiting efforts.
- Maintain store visual standards and uphold brand policies and procedures.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
Requirements
- Experience in retail sales, preferably in high-volume or specialty environments.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and stand or walk for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver the sales floor and stock areas.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience using digital sales tools and CRM preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and colleagues.
