Selling Ambassador

As a Selling Ambassador at Ralph Lauren in Chandler, you will be dedicated to providing an exceptional shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations. You will play a key role in driving sales and profit performance while supporting company initiatives and fostering a collaborative environment.

• Understand and deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources.
• Support the store in executing company initiatives and participate in team training.
• Engage clients creatively and broaden customer accessibility through alternative purchasing processes.
• Maintain exceptional productivity standards and uphold all company policies and procedures.
• Provide ongoing feedback to management on successes and opportunities.

• Retail experience or similar industry experience in a high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and store personnel.
• Capability to maneuver around the sales floor and operate the register.
• Flexibility to work a schedule that meets business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Proven track record of success in building positive working relationships.
