Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with detailed product knowledge and styling recommendations.
- Strategize personal business growth and leverage digital tools to enhance clienteling and outreach.
- Support team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans and KPIs.
- Coach and guide Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors and relationship building.
- Utilize CRM tools to capture customer data and support clienteling initiatives.
- Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines.
- Support talent sourcing and engage in team training to execute business results.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a complex high-volume or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
- Strong communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Experience using digital selling tools preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co-workers.
- Comfort using CRM and data capture tools to support client relationships.
