Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with detailed product knowledge and personalized styling recommendations.
- Strategize personal business growth through wardrobing outreach and leveraging digital clienteling tools.
- Support team sales plans and meet individual KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Coach and provide guidance to Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors.
- Utilize CRM tools like Polo Connect to capture customer data and support clienteling.
- Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
- Maintain store visual standards using company guidelines.
- Support hiring efforts by engaging in networking and sourcing talent.
- Balance tasks while prioritizing the customer experience and collaborating with colleagues.
Requirements
- Sales experience in a complex, high volume, or high profile specialty environment preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and store personnel.
- Ability to operate register and remain on feet, stand, move, and walk for multiple hours.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver around sales floor and stock areas.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Experience using digital tools for selling preferred.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and co workers.
