Selling And Service Assistant - Palm Beach

The Selling and Service Assistant at Hermès Palm Beach Boutique plays a crucial role in supporting both front and back of house operations. This position involves processing transactions, ensuring accuracy, and providing clerical support to enhance the client experience in a luxury retail environment.

• Accurately record point of sales transactions, including processing sales, repairs, and assisting with opening and closing procedures.
• Provide high levels of service to clients, including greeting, assisting, and packaging at point of sale.
• Support sales team with merchandising, stock retrieval, and maintaining selling floor standards.
• Assist in stockroom operations, including merchandise flow, tagging, and inventory preparation.
• Support After Sales area by logging repairs, contacting clients, and maintaining records.
• Record detailed CRM files for purchase history and sales analysis.
• Answer phones and provide customer service.

• 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with POS and cash handling preferred.
• Customer service oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with composure.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
