Selling And Service Assistant - Beverly Hills Flagship

As a Selling and Service Assistant at Hermès Beverly Hills Flagship, you will provide essential clerical support for both front and back of house operations in a luxury retail environment. You will ensure the accuracy of transactions and support the client experience by collaborating with the sales and support teams.

• Process and ensure accuracy of all transactions including receipts, CRM, SKUs, and monetary payments.
• Support after sales services and partner with management on POS decisions.
• Record point of sales transactions and assist in opening and closing procedures.
• Provide high levels of service to clients, including greeting, assisting, and packaging at point of sale.
• Support sales team with merchandising, stock retrieval, and stockroom operations.
• Organize work station and selling floor to support sales efforts.
• Assist in stockroom operations including replenishment, tagging, and inventory preparation.
• Maintain accurate CRM files and provide detailed sales analysis.
• Answer phones and provide friendly customer service.

• 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience with POS and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and handle difficult situations with composure.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. without assistance.
