Selling Assistant - Michigan Avenue

As a Seasonal Retail Associate at Neiman Marcus Michigan Avenue, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience during our busiest time of the year. Reporting to a Senior Manager, you will ensure exceptional customer service by leading with a people-first mentality.

• Warmly welcome clients into Neiman Marcus at store entrances and within departments.
• Serve in various areas of the store based on business needs.
• Process efficient Point of Sale transactions as needed.
• Handle escalated issues by connecting customers with management.
• Follow up on customer requests, questions, and needs.
• Support BOPIS, Curbside pickup, and Alterations in partnership with Operations team.
• Enhance client experience by introducing services like Alterations, Personalization, and package delivery.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer-centric roles with proven sales ability.
• Familiarity with retail and mobile technologies.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
