Selling Assistant

Summary

The Selling Assistant supports Personal Shoppers and Sales Associates with appointments, transactions, and post-appointment activities. The role also helps maintain client information and an organized, professional selling environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and support selling appointments, including scheduling and digital selling activities.
• Ring transactions at the point of sale and follow up on orders, alterations, and client communications.
• Enter and maintain client information and assist with gifting initiatives and client experiences.
• Return unsold merchandise to stock and help keep fitting rooms clean and organized.

Requirements

• Styling, fashion, or fashion retail experience.
• Experience with Google Docs, Google Slides, and Google Spreadsheets.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
