Selling Assistant

Summary

The Selling Assistant supports a Personal Stylist with client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational tasks throughout the selling process. This on-site role also uses online platforms to help deliver memorable customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and support selling appointments, ring transactions at POS, and process merchandise for Fashionphile Service.
• Follow up after appointments by tracking orders, coordinating alterations, and preparing thank-you notes.
• Assist with appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and experiences for top clients.
• Maintain accurate client information and support digital selling and social media.
• Return unsold merchandise to stock and help keep fitting rooms clean.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience with technology and digital tools.
• Fashion retail experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
