Selling Keyholder

Summary

Responsible for supporting store sales operations while leading by example on the floor. Manages customer interactions, assists with visual standards, and helps the store achieve sales goals in a full time retail leadership capacity.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales floor activities and drive sales through customer engagement
• Support opening closing and cash handling procedures
• Coach and mentor sales associates to deliver exceptional service
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Assist with inventory control and loss prevention efforts
• Handle customer issues and ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with management to meet store performance targets

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of retail or supervisory experience
• Proven sales and customer service skills
• Ability to lead a team and work on the sales floor
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
