Selling Keyholder - Shrewsbury

Summary

The Selling Keyholder supports sales and profitability by providing helpful, engaging customer service and assisting with merchandising and store operations. The role also provides supplemental oversight and helps ensure store opening and closing procedures are followed when other store leaders are unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and support their needs on the selling floor, at checkout, and in fitting rooms.
• Process sales, returns, payments, and cash accurately.
• Prepare and process merchandise, including tagging, ticketing, price changes, damages, and stock receipt and dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe selling floor and stockroom.
• Protect company assets and follow operational procedures.
• Assist with store opening and closing standards and provide supplemental oversight when needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedural manuals.
• Availability to work a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, climb ladders, and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
