Job Description

Summary

Lead sales and support store operations as a selling keyholder at a busy University Village location. Provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and assist management with opening closing and daily store responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a sales leader on the floor delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Open close and secure the store following company procedures
  • Support visual merchandising and maintain store presentation standards
  • Coach and assist team members to achieve sales goals
  • Process transactions and handle returns accurately
  • Manage inventory and assist with stock replenishment
  • Resolve customer inquiries and escalations professionally

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of retail or supervisory experience
  • Proven sales performance and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of point of sale systems and cash handling
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift
