Selling Manager

Summary

The Selling Manager supports store management in executing business plans and driving profitable results. This role leads sales associate priorities, strengthens the customer experience, and helps develop a high-performing store team.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business trends and execute store initiatives and objectives.
• Communicate sales and profit performance tools and resources to the team.
• Resolve customer concerns and support client development through community outreach.
• Participate in recruiting, coaching, feedback, and team training.
• Support inventory control, operational management, store standards, and new selling technologies.
• Promote an inclusive environment and uphold company policies and brand expectations.

Requirements

• Retail management or related experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships with customers, management, and coworkers.
• Ability to lift or climb up to 30 pounds, remain mobile for extended periods, and work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• College degree or equivalent is a plus.
