Selling Manager

Summary

The Selling Manager supports the store leadership team by driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and effective daily execution. This role leads and develops a small team, models strong selling behaviors, and helps achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Coach, develop, and motivate team members while monitoring sales targets, KPIs, and performance.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and support training, feedback, and team communication.
• Build customer loyalty through clienteling and deliver a consistent brand-aligned experience.
• Support sales events, merchandising needs, inventory control, and customer complaint resolution.
• Oversee cash transactions and register balancing, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Retail supervisory or similar industry experience.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, and time-management skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and support team development.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts.
• Ability to stand and move for multiple hours, operate a register, and lift or climb as required.
