Selling Supervisor - King of Prussia

As a Selling Supervisor at Diesel King of Prussia, you will play a crucial role in expanding our brand awareness and leading a team of fashion enthusiasts. You will focus on delivering an exceptional client experience and driving business success in this new market.

• Assist the management team in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability through effective team supervision and implementation of company programs.
• Act as a positive role model, representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.
• Continuously improve and develop supervisory skills by taking ownership of responsibilities assigned by the Store Manager.
• Temporarily assist with store management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
• Perform omni channel services and initiatives.

• Passion for premium denim and Diesel culture.
• Ability to embrace change and keep up with innovation in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of industry trends and product knowledge.
• Excellent relationship-building skills with clients.
• 3+ years of experience in a retail environment.
