Selling Supervisor - South Coast Plaza

The Selling Supervisor at South Coast Plaza is responsible for assisting the management team in achieving store sales and maximizing profitability. This role involves supervising the store team, implementing company programs, and acting as a positive role model. The Supervisor also takes ownership of responsibilities in visual merchandising, operations, and temporary store management in the absence of senior managers.

• Implement and execute inventory control and loss prevention policies.

• 2+ years experience in a client-driven environment in a lead sales or supervisory role.
• Leadership skills and excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organizational skills.
• Preferred: 4-year degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years supervisory experience, experience in luxury or high-end environment.
