- Maintain understanding of the brand’s product knowledge for all product categories.

- Mentor and train new hires and encourage team collaboration.
- Embody the Givenchy brand in customer interactions with passion and enthusiasm.
- Deepen and develop relationships with clients to drive loyalty and spend.
- Cultivate new and existing guests with ongoing communication.
- Capture customer data through client discovery.
- Implement best practices by optimizing hospitality and store amenities.

- Take proactive actions on client feedback.

- Perform other duties as assigned, including operations, visual merchandising, and inventory control.
Requirements- 3-5 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in verbal, written, and listening.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ZOOM tools.
- Experience managing multiple commitments to clients, teams, and operations.
- Key Holder experience.
- Multilingual is a plus.
