Job Description

Summary

As a Selling Supervisor at Diesel Citadel, you will play a key role in leading and inspiring a team to provide an exceptional shopping experience. You will ensure sales targets are met, maintain high visual and operational standards, and support the overall performance of the store.

Responsibilities
  • Drive sales by leading by example and assisting customers with a personalized shopping experience.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and trends to educate and inspire both customers and team members.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance and customer service standards.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and action plans.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of management experience in retail.
  • Strong management and communication skills with a track record of being a well-respected leader.
  • Passion for premium denim and Diesel culture.
  • Ability to embrace change and keep up with innovation in the retail industry.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with clients and a focus on providing a world-class experience.
