Job Description

Summary

The Selling Supervisor leads and inspires the sales team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales performance, and maintain high visual and operational standards in a premium denim retail environment. This role partners with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and coach staff to achieve individual and team targets. The supervisor acts as a brand ambassador, promoting product knowledge and current trends to customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to drive store sales and meet targets.
  • Assist customers with personalized service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to improve team performance.
  • Maintain high visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
  • Develop in-depth product and trend knowledge to educate staff and customers.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to implement action plans and sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or selling environment.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a track record of team development.
  • Passion for fashion, product knowledge, and trend awareness.
  • Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to change and work in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Authorized to work in the United States and able to provide employment eligibility documentation.
