Job Description

Summary

The Selling Supervisor will lead and inspire a sales team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, drive sales, and maintain visual and operational standards at the store. This role supports the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies and coaching staff to achieve performance targets. The supervisor is a brand ambassador with strong management and communication skills and a passion for premium denim and fashion trends.

Responsibilities

  • Lead by example to drive store sales and achieve targets
  • Assist customers with a personalized shopping experience
  • Maintain in-depth product and trend knowledge to educate customers and team
  • Supervise, train, and motivate sales associates
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance performance
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and action plans
  • Uphold high visual and operational standards on the sales floor

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in retail management
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Passion for fashion and product knowledge, especially denim
  • Ability to drive sales and meet targets
  • Customer focused with strong relationship building abilities
  • Adaptable to change and retail innovation
