Summary
Responsible for achieving individual and boutique sales goals while maintaining operational and asset protection standards in a luxury retail environment. The role supports merchandise flow, POS accuracy, and high levels of client service while collaborating with the sales and management teams.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales objectives and support boutique targets
- Organize and maintain workstation and selling floor merchandise standards
- Support merchandise flow including replenishment, tagging, and ticketing
- Process transactions accurately at POS and maintain CRM records
- Open and close tills and ensure proper cash handling and reporting
- Approve standard returns and exchanges and seek management approval for exceptions
- Follow opening and closing procedures including alarm protocols and access controls
- Participate in inventory preparation and monthly cycle counts
- Provide prompt and high level client service including assistance with wrapping and packaging
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of selling and/or supervisory experience
- Experience in a luxury retail environment preferred
- Strong relationship development and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and collaborate with a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Open availability to meet business needs
- Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
- Familiarity with POS procedures and inventory control
