Summary
Selling Supervisor responsible for achieving individual and boutique sales goals while supporting a high-end client experience and maintaining operational and asset protection standards. Reports to the Floor Director and collaborates with sales and selling support teams in a fast-paced luxury retail environment. Handles POS accuracy, opening and closing procedures, and ensures presentation and inventory readiness.
Responsibilities
- Meet monthly and annual individual sales targets and support team objectives
- Organize and prioritize the selling floor to maintain standards and product presentation
- Process transactions accurately including receipts CRM updates SKUs and payments
- Open and close tills perform daily cash procedures and report POS variances
- Approve returns and exchanges following management guidelines
- Support inventory preparation participate in cycle counts and merchandise tagging
- Maintain workstation cleanliness and ensure merchandise is properly ticketed
- Follow store opening closing and alarm protocols and manage key log controls
- Provide high level client service including greetings assistance and packaging at POS
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales or supervisory experience preferably in a luxury environment
- Strong leadership communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask remain even tempered and work independently
- Open availability to meet business scheduling needs
- Ability to lift 0-25 lbs without assistance
- Knowledge of POS operations and cash handling procedures
- Familiarity with asset protection practices and key control
