Job Description

Summary

As a Selling Supervisor at Givenchy Las Vegas Wynn, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales in a luxury retail environment. You will mentor and lead the sales team, ensuring the Givenchy selling ceremony is executed flawlessly to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain personal accountability for individual performance objectives.
  • Apply an omni-channel approach to recommend merchandise across all channels.
  • Stay up to date with current market trends and competitors.
  • Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to best serve client preferences.
  • Mentor and train new hires, fostering team collaboration.
  • Embody the Givenchy brand in every customer interaction.
  • Develop and deepen client relationships to drive loyalty and sales.
  • Capture customer data and implement best practices for personalized experiences.
  • Drive business by being a styling visionary of seasonal products.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including operations and visual merchandising.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of retail, hospitality, or cross-industry experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zoom.
  • Experience managing multiple commitments diplomatically.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
