Selling Supervisor, Men's Universe - Maison Madison

Summary

The Selling Supervisor supports sales and service objectives at a luxury boutique while helping maintain a polished and organized selling floor. The role also supports point-of-sale operations and asset protection procedures to ensure an excellent client experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet individual sales goals and contribute to the boutique's collective sales targets.
• Maintain the selling floor, replenish merchandise and supplies, and support inventory preparation.
• Process transactions accurately, support opening and closing procedures, and communicate point-of-sale discrepancies.
• Follow asset protection procedures, maintain merchandise security, and participate in inventory counts.
• Provide prompt, friendly service and assist clients with questions, wrapping, and packaging.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of sales and/or supervisory experience; luxury experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with open availability to meet business needs.
• Ability to lift 0-25 pounds without assistance and work in person at the designated location.
