<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">The Selling Supervisor is responsible for mentoring associates towards achieving an elevated customer experience, category management and sales objectives, maintaining and achieving high operational and merchandizing standards, and assisting with the daily supervision of the team.</span></p>

<li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Incorporate product knowledge in the sales process with the result of maximizing sales, units sold per transaction, and the dollar value of each transaction</span></li>
