Selling Supervisor

Summary

The Selling Supervisor supports store leadership by driving sales performance, customer satisfaction, and team development. This role leads by example, coaches sales associates, monitors business metrics, and contributes to daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop the sales team, monitor KPIs, and support achievement of sales targets.
• Sell, implement clienteling strategies, and deliver an excellent customer experience.
• Execute sales events, communicate performance results, and identify product and merchandising opportunities.
• Support inventory control, cash handling, recruitment, compliance, and daily store operations.

Requirements

• Retail supervisory or similar industry experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, prioritization, and time management skills.
• Business acumen and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, operate a register, stand and move for extended periods, and lift or climb as required.
