Job Description

Summary

As a Selling Supervisor at Ralph Lauren in Estero, you will be a key member of the Store Management team, responsible for executing strategic plans to ensure a profitable business. You will champion innovative selling tools and manage daily and weekly business objectives by assigning tasks and priorities to the sales associate team.

Responsibilities
  • Understand and deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources.
  • Support the execution of company initiatives and participate in team training.
  • Engage clients creatively and expand the client base.
  • Deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
  • Participate in store client initiatives and community outreach.
  • Embrace RL "More ways to shop" and new technology.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Management on successes and opportunities.
  • Strengthen customer connectivity with alternative purchasing processes.
  • Maintain exceptional productivity standards and uphold company policies.
Requirements
  • Motivated to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Proactively focus on the customer in all decisions.
  • Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
  • Utilize "More Ways to Shop" to drive business results.
  • Engage in networking to build a clientele.
  • Provide feedback to Management on category opportunities or needs.
  • Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently met.
