Job Description

Summary

As a Selling Supervisor at Ralph Lauren in Fort Worth, you will play a crucial role in the Store Management team by executing strategic plans to ensure a profitable business. Your success will be driven by championing innovative selling tools and managing daily business objectives, tasks, and priorities for the sales associate team.

Responsibilities
  • Understand and deliver sales and profit performance using key tools and resources.
  • Support the store in executing company initiatives.
  • Participate in team training to achieve business results.
  • Engage clients creatively and expand the client base.
  • Deliver a consistent experience aligned with RL Brand expectations.
  • Engage in store client initiatives and community outreach.
  • Champion RL core values and embrace new technology.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to Management on successes and opportunities.
  • Strengthen customer connectivity through alternative purchasing processes.
  • Maintain exceptional productivity standards and uphold company policies.
Requirements
  • Motivated to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
  • Focus on the customer at the core of all decisions.
  • Support company initiatives and participate in team training.
  • Utilize "More Ways to Shop" to drive business results.
  • Engage in networking to build a clientele.
  • Provide feedback to Management on category opportunities or needs.
  • Ensure sales floor and store standards are consistently met.
