Summary
Lead and support store operations to ensure efficient merchandise flow from delivery to sales floor and maintain stockroom organization while enabling a premium customer experience. Oversee receiving, inspection, pricing, tagging, replenishment, and visual standards while coaching and developing the team to meet productivity and brand expectations.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, inspect, price, tag, and stage merchandise for sales floor or stockroom placement.
- Maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization and lead stockroom reorganization and resets.
- Execute replenishment activities, ISOS report management, and meet unit per hour targets.
- Support sales floor through stock checks and timely delivery of requested merchandise.
- Lead operational training, provide coaching and feedback, and assist with talent acquisition.
- Coordinate back of house and sales floor processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee reticketing, RFID tagging, EAS device application, and price updates.
- Collaborate on visual merchandising and seasonal resets to uphold brand standards.
- Enforce company policies, compliance, and risk management procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of retail operations, policies, and best practices.
- Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office and general technology.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs and maneuvering the sales floor and stock areas.
- Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
- Analytical and problem solving abilities to improve processes and productivity.
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members.
