Job Description

Summary

Lead and support store operations to ensure efficient merchandise flow from delivery to sales floor and maintain stockroom organization while enabling a premium customer experience. Oversee receiving, inspection, pricing, tagging, replenishment, and visual standards while coaching and developing the team to meet productivity and brand expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, unpack, inspect, price, tag, and stage merchandise for sales floor or stockroom placement.
  • Maintain stockroom cleanliness and organization and lead stockroom reorganization and resets.
  • Execute replenishment activities, ISOS report management, and meet unit per hour targets.
  • Support sales floor through stock checks and timely delivery of requested merchandise.
  • Lead operational training, provide coaching and feedback, and assist with talent acquisition.
  • Coordinate back of house and sales floor processes to improve operational efficiency.
  • Oversee reticketing, RFID tagging, EAS device application, and price updates.
  • Collaborate on visual merchandising and seasonal resets to uphold brand standards.
  • Enforce company policies, compliance, and risk management procedures.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of retail operations, policies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office and general technology.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 30 lbs and maneuvering the sales floor and stock areas.
  • Flexible availability including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Analytical and problem solving abilities to improve processes and productivity.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and team members.
