Job Description

Summary

The Selling Supervisor supports store management by executing sales strategies, coaching the sales team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with brand standards. This role drives daily and weekly business objectives, assists with recruitment and training, and helps maintain store operations and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

  • Support store management in analyzing business trends and executing sales initiatives
  • Communicate sales and performance tools to the store team and drive usage of new selling technology
  • Coach and develop sales associates through ongoing feedback and training
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve service issues to uphold brand expectations
  • Participate in recruitment and interviewing to build and develop the store team
  • Maintain store standards, inventory control, and operational productivity
  • Support client development strategies including community outreach in market

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent a plus; retail management or similar industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication, planning and time management skills
  • Proven track record building positive relationships with customers and team members
  • Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 30 lbs
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel
