Selling Supervisor

As a Selling Supervisor at Ralph Lauren in Myrtle Beach, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of merchandise from delivery to display. Your responsibilities will include receiving and unpacking shipments, inspecting items for damage, verifying pricing, and tagging items as necessary. You will strategically place merchandise on the sales floor or in the stock room, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and supporting sales floor associates to ensure a premium shopping experience for customers.

• Create memorable customer experiences through exceptional service while supporting front and back of house operations.
• Lead operational training for brand ambassadors to uphold company standards and values.
• Coordinate processes between Back of House and Sales Floor to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Merchandise Manager to plan and execute seasonal visual changes.
• Support leaders on risk management policies to mitigate potential operational risks.

• 3+ years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Technology; POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including day, evening, and weekends.
