Summary
Lead the sales floor to deliver a memorable customer shopping experience using high standards of service while building client relationships and supporting the General Manager and Assistant Manager in driving sales and developing the team.
Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales team through one-on-ones and ongoing feedback.
- Demonstrate professional presentation and uphold customer service standards.
- Drive clientele development through social engagement and relationship building.
- Maintain merchandise and brand aesthetic according to visual presentation standards.
- Perform opening and closing procedures and handle returns and exchanges when managers are absent.
- Support management with daily task maintenance and follow up using task tracker and retail web.
- Utilize product knowledge and selling tools to meet and exceed personal sales and SPH goals.
- Participate in merchandising activities including stock maintenance and floor changeovers.
- Promote new business initiatives and foster positive reception among the sales team.
Requirements
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years retail management experience in high volume luxury business.
- Strong business acumen and passion for the product.
- Ability to develop staff using motivation negotiation and teamwork skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to training tools and customer excellence practices.
- Professional integrity honesty and respect for others.
