Job Description

Summary

As a Selling Supervisor, you will support the store leadership team to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach and mentor the sales team, execute selling strategies and monitor sales metrics to achieve store goals. This role balances hands-on selling (approximately 50% of the time) with leadership, administrative, and operational responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and develop sales associates to drive sales and achieve KPIs.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor and implement clienteling strategies to build customer loyalty.
  • Assign and manage tasks, goals, and priorities for the team and monitor performance metrics.
  • Execute promotions, sales events, and report product category and merchandising opportunities.
  • Support inventory control, cash handling, deposits, and register balancing.
  • Escalate and resolve customer concerns and ensure consistent brand-aligned customer experience.

Requirements

  • Retail supervisory or similar industry experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, planning and time-management skills.
  • Ability to sell, operate the register, stand and walk for multiple hours.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs, climb, and work in stock/dressing room areas.
  • Flexible schedule availability including days, evenings, weekends and occasional overnight travel.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and coworkers.
