Selling Supervisor

Summary

Oversee store operations to ensure merchandise moves efficiently from delivery to display while supporting a premium customer experience. Lead operational processes, team development, and stockroom organization in alignment with brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, price, tag, and organize incoming merchandise, and manage replenishment and stockroom operations.
• Coordinate processes between the back of house and sales floor, conduct stock checks, and support customer concerns and service needs.
• Coach and train team members, provide performance feedback, and support talent sourcing and development.
• Lead operational improvement projects and ensure compliance with company policies, risk management, and health and safety requirements.
• Collaborate on seasonal visual updates and maintain merchandising, signage, and brand standards.

Requirements

• Three or more years of retail supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of retail operations and proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, build positive working relationships, and lift or climb as required.
