Selling Supervisor - Topanga

As a Selling Supervisor at CELINE's Topanga boutique in Canoga Park, CA, you will play a crucial role in coaching associates to achieve an elevated customer experience and sales objectives. You will maintain high operational and merchandising standards while assisting with the daily supervision of the team.

• Meet sales goals set by HQ and motivate the sales team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Manage client relationship resources to offer elevated service to all clients.
• Assist sales associates with customer service issues and empower them to make decisions.
• Utilize POS system for inventory management and ensure store opening and closing procedures are followed.
• Partner with the Visual Manager to manage merchandising standards and enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Develop and motivate staff through goal setting and regular meetings.
• Supervise the team and enforce company policies in the absence of Store Management.

• 7+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail setting.
• 1+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in general software such as Word and Excel.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Action-oriented with a drive for results and the ability to motivate others.
• Service-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
