The Selling Supervisor will lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, achieve sales targets, and maintain high visual and operational standards at the Tyson's Corner location.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading by example and assisting customers with personalized service
• Maintain in-depth product and trend knowledge to educate customers and team members
• Supervise train and motivate sales associates to meet individual and team targets
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance team performance
• Work closely with the Store Manager to implement sales strategies and action plans

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in retail management or supervisory roles
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Passion for fashion with solid product knowledge especially in denim
