Job Description

Summary

As a Selling Supervisor at Marni Woodbury, you will play a crucial role in assisting the management team to achieve store sales and maximize profitability. You will act as a positive role model, representing the brand and its values, while continuously developing your supervisory skills.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in meeting store sales and target goals.
  • Maximize profitability through expense optimization and control.
  • Provide strong customer service and maintain client relationships.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
  • Assist in organizing training for store employees.
  • Promote a positive and professional sales-oriented environment.
  • Monitor store merchandise standards and needs.
  • Minimize stock loss by implementing control policies.
  • Ensure compliance with local health and safety laws.
Requirements
  • 2+ years experience in a client-driven environment in a lead sales or supervisory role.
  • Leadership skills and excellent customer service abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly organized with exceptional time-management skills.
  • Preferred: 4-year degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years supervisory experience, experience in luxury or high-end environment.
