Senior Accountant, Revenue & Receivables

Summary

The Senior Accountant, Revenue & Receivables is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of revenue and receivables accounting across domestic and international business segments. The role provides financial insights, strengthens internal controls, and improves accounting processes in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze accounts receivable and revenue activity and prepare monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Develop financial models and perform recurring and ad hoc analyses of transaction processing, operating expenses, and business performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on system enhancements that improve scalability, internal controls, and compliance.
• Support internal and external audits, drive process improvements, and resolve escalations for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in accounting, accounts receivable, financial analysis, or a related finance function.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency; experience with large datasets preferred.
• SQL, business intelligence tools, and knowledge of payment operations are preferred.
• A bachelor's degree in accounting, business administration, economics, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
